Service Description

This fun 'dance party' class starts with Dreda guiding 15 minutes of gentle warm-up movement to get out of your head and into your body - followed by 45 minutes of free, improvised dancing, boogieing and bouncing - ending on the mat with guided stretches and relaxation. Expect great beats, low lighting and good vibes. You will leave feeling fabulous, rejuvenated, and possibly quite sweaty! **PRICE INCLUDES HST**
