Service Description

All levels welcome, no prior experience necessary. Join former pro ballet dancer Dreda Blow for a fun exploration of this beautiful classical art form. You don't need to be graceful or dainty or any of the things you believe 'ballerinas' to be. But be prepared to work up a sweat! Dreda will guide you through a series of barre exercises and centre practice with a focus on good posture, healthy technique, strengthening, gentle stretching, musicality and self expression. 7 WEEK COURSES (You pay for 6 classes and 1 is free!)
